Level Seven Performance was formed in August 2022.
Originally, it was a group for teammates to come together and train with a guided plan but later expanded to include the rest of the community.
Now, Level Seven caters to all types! From professional athletes to youths looking to "level up" for their school sports', and even people seeking a bit of help with their general health and wellness.

The Level Is Just Too Advanced !!
The 'Level Seven' name comes from the number I wore while playing football and soccer through the years.
It is also inspired by some of my favorite players and other notable athletes in the sports world who wear
the number '7' on their jersey or vehicle.
